We don’t just install equipment; we bring a rigorous engineering mindset to ensure your mechanical systems are perfectly sized, compliant, and highly energy-efficient.

Our Journey & Purpose

Fraser Comfort Services was born out of a passion for sustainable building technology. While working in Service and Sales, I noticed a recurring challenge in the industry: homeowners and builders had access to great equipment, but often lacked a dedicated technical expertise to install, maintain and navigate complex city permits, ASHRAE standards, and precise system commissioning.

Our goal is to bridge that gap. We simplify the complex world of HVAC, ensuring flawless execution from design to final handover.

Meet the Owner

Fraser Comfort Services is proudly operated by Mohit Gera. With over 5 years of specialized HVAC and project management experience, Mohit holds a Master’s (M.S.) in Energy Management and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. He is TECA-certified and a BC Building Step Code expert, giving you peace of mind that your project is in highly qualified hands.
